Breathwork is the most direct route to your nervous system.
It’s the only part of your autonomic nervous system you can intentionally change and by changing your breath, you can shift how you feel.
Somatics is the umbrella term for body-based practices that help you connect with how you actually feel ; not just in your head, but in your body.
Once you've learnt that connection you can then release stored stress, tension & trauma from your body. You'll then find that the symptoms I mentioned in the opening paragraph reduce and eventually disappear over time.
I used to suffer with fortnightly migraines and IBS until I started this work, I haven't had either for over 6 years now.
I’m Andrea, a qualified breathwork and somatic coach with over 1,000 hours of training and experience helping 100s of women regulate their nervous systems naturally — without medication, overwhelm, or long therapy journeys.
