Stored stress and trauma in the body can show up as chronic conditions like fatigue, constant body tingling, muscle aches and spasms, IBS and skin flare ups.

I show my clients how to release stored stress and trauma from their bodies using breathwork and somatic (of the body) techniques. 

I used to suffer with fortnightly migraines and IBS until I learnt these techniques, I haven't had either for over 6 years now.

I’m Andrea, a qualified breathwork and somatic coach with over 1,000 hours of training and experience helping 100s of clients release stress and trauma without medication or long therapy journeys.

What is Trauma?

Trauma occurs when your nervous system experiences more than it can process in the moment and is unable to return to balance afterwards. What feels traumatic to one person may not be to another; it depends on your resilience, past experiences, and your nervous system state at the time.

If the nervous system can’t return to balance, the body holds on to the traumatic response and stress
