Hi, I’m Andrea — breathwork and somatic coach, and founder of Regulate with Andrea.

For over 30 years, I worked as a coach in a large corporate environment. I built my business while holding down a demanding day job, juggling deadlines, family responsibilities, and the constant pressure to stay on top of everything. And like so many of the women I now work with, I was “coping” — but barely.
​
To keep going, I had to learn how to regulate my nervous system and release stress before it turned into burnout, migraines, or overwhelm. These tools changed everything.
​
By integrating breathwork and somatic practices into my daily routine, I discovered that I didn’t just feel calmer — I actually had a bigger capacity to handle life. I stopped snapping, overthinking, and crashing. I slept better. I made clearer decisions. I no longer lived in fear of the next meltdown.

Now, I teach these same tools to other busy, high-functioning women who look like they’re holding it together… but are feeling the cost inside.

I live on the South Coast of the UK with my wife, 4 cats and dog. I love sea swimming, playing my classical guitar and the odd pint of real ale!
